Our service is to provide the clients by legal consultations, legal opinion or legal memorandum, legal advices, legal audit, and the settlement we divided in to two parts in Litigation and Corporate (Non Litigation services).

One of our service is regarding litigation and corporate is legal due diligence (LDD). LDD is conducted to verify all documents related to legal aspects in order to find a solution and to make a preventive step or give a second opinion based on law analyses, so the clients can get most benefit solutions for their business journey and give protection to their legal interest based on applicable laws and regulations.

Legal Due Diligence will covering several things  as follows:

1. Cross examination, maintenance and review of documents of establishment of the company and its amendment, including but not limited to the following :
   • History of Capital,
   • History of Shareholding Structur,
   • History of Board of Directors (BoD) and,
   • Board of Commissioners (BoC)
2. The documents which will be examined in this sections are among others as follows:
   • Deed of Establishment of the Company
   • Company’s Article of Association
   • Minutes of General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS)
3. Reviewing of licenses and permits, with regards to the establishment and operational of the Company.
4. Reviewing of assets of the Company, including but not limited to land, buildings, and investment in other Company, wether its itangible or tangible assets.
5. Reviewing of Insurance matters.
6. Reviewing of employment matters, including but not limited to Company Regulations (PP) or Joint Employment Agreement (PKB),
7. The usage of expatriates, the pension funds, and so forth.
8. Reviewing of agreements concluded by the Company with third parties.
9. Examination of cases and/or disputes of the Company.
10. Providing Legal Due Diligent (legal audit).
11. Legal Opinion or Legal Memorandum (both oral and written).
12. Legal Research and Legal Documentations.

Besides corporate matters, our office also provide clients with litigation process. Litigation is one of alternative to settle legal dispute in related to police department, district attorney, court, higher court, and to supreme court also. Besides those process, there are several legal process, namely state administrative court, industrial relationship court, commercial court. One of the benefit of those court the process is the legal certainly. Besides from those litigation process, the most important is the settlement process out of the court by negotiation, mediation, reconciliation which used to settle legal problems before go to the court it’s also to save expenses or cost.
